About StoryStock?

StoryStock was founded in 2016 by a team of journalists who realised that good story based content could help publishers and brands engage and grow their audiences. The team set about building a global community of content creators, videographers, writers, bloggers and journalists who would create a global bank of content. Great stories from all around the world. StoryStock began building a mini Facebook for content creators where they could interact with each other and upload content to our digital content archive from which publishers and brands would pick and choose great stories from. The team also built a commissioning software where publishers and brands could hire any of our content creators anywhere in the world to create a video, blog or article. StoryStock gave publishers and brands a global army of content creators bringing them stories from communities around the world. A small radio station in the UK could create news videos from the US and use them as their own. StoryStock.com allows publishers and brands to compete at a completely different level.
We began our journey in 2016 with the support of Enterprise Ireland and have grown into a small and effective team. We have worked with some of the largest publishers and organisations in the world including the European Commission. StoryStock was named at number 5 in the Top Irish companies to watch in 2017 and has continued to expand its community of content creators and its bank of content.
